Browsing

Email enquiries
If you email me, the information you provide is used to read and handle your enquiry and any professional follow-up. It is not used to automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Contact form
The form sends your name, email, message, selected service and, where supplied, phone number to the professional inbox through Openprovider. This is used to respond to your enquiry and take the pre-contractual steps you request. The form uses an anti-spam field and limits attempts through a temporary identifier derived from the IP address, held in memory for no more than 15 minutes. Enquiries are not saved in a website database.
Retention
Communications are kept for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and any obligations applicable to a subsequent professional relationship.
Cookies and preferences
The website does not use profiling or tracking cookies. It does not set application cookies or store preferences in the browser. External links open only when you choose them; those websites have their own privacy notices.
Your rights
You can email info@davidemacchi.it to ask about your information and exercise applicable rights, including access, correction and deletion. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority.
