Digital Project Manager.
I am a Digital Project Manager and the founder of Aikira, where I serve as Founder & Digital Growth Director. I manage digital projects, client relationships and the development of our products.

My job is to define what needs to be delivered and follow its execution. I work on requirements, priorities, task organisation and checking the result. I keep in contact with the client throughout the project and coordinate the work needed for delivery.
At Aikira I also manage SiteX, PrendiSpazio and Kickstein. They address different needs: website creation, services for businesses and a football data platform. This portfolio explains my contribution to each. I am based in Pisa and work online.

From the first meeting
to delivery.

Define the work
I gather requirements and we agree on objectives, tasks, timing and deliverables.

Organise the project
I set priorities, phases and required materials, and define how we will review progress.
- 03
Coordinate and review
I follow development and share versions for review. Changes to the agreed work are discussed before proceeding.
- 04
Check and hand over
I review the agreed user journeys, collect corrections and prepare guidance for using and managing the result.
