Do I need a fully defined project?
No. Describe the problem, who will use the website or application and the result you need. We can define the work from there.
Do you work on existing websites and applications?
Yes. I first review the project and available access, then propose which improvements to make and in what order.
How do we agree on timing and cost?
The proposal covers included work, deliverables, timing, revisions and required external services. Additional requests are discussed before work starts.
Who manages the project?
I am your contact for requirements, priorities, progress and delivery. If other skills are involved, I coordinate their work within the agreed project.
