HOW I MANAGE AN ASSIGNMENT04

From the first meeting
to delivery.

  1. 01

    Define the work

    I gather requirements and we agree on objectives, tasks, timing and deliverables.

  2. 02

    Organise the project

    I set priorities, phases and required materials, and define how we will review progress.

  3. 03

    Coordinate and review

    I follow development and share versions for review. Changes to the agreed work are discussed before proceeding.

  4. 04

    Check and hand over

    I review the agreed user journeys, collect corrections and prepare guidance for using and managing the result.
